TuffPawz Refund Policy

At TuffPawz, we’re all about helping you and your furry friend gear up for adventure! We stand by our products and believe they’re ready to tackle any challenge. We recommend taking at least 14 days to let your gear strut its stuff before thinking about a return. If you’re not absolutely thrilled with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, just give us a bark at support@tuffpawz.com!

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll make it happen. After 24 hours, your order may be in the paws of our processing team, and we might not be able to catch it in time. If you do cancel in that window, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident that your TuffPawz products will make tail-wagging memories! We encourage you to let your products shine for at least 14 days. If you’re still not wagging your tail with joy and want to return your items, you can do so after the 14-day tryout period but within the 60-day window covered by our money-back guarantee. Keep in mind that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take extra care in packaging your goodies to ensure they arrive just as tough as they left! An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Minor wear and tear to packaging (like a dented box) that doesn’t affect the product itself isn’t considered damage.

If your item arrives with any damage, let us know within 72 hours of delivery! Just email us at support@tuffpawz.com and include a snapshot of the damage. We’ll check it out and see if you’re eligible for a hassle-free replacement. Please note, we don’t refund, replace, or accept returns for items that show damage from normal use or puppy mischief.

Shipping and Delivery

We’re on a mission to get your TuffPawz gear to you as quickly as possible! However, we can’t control every twist and turn of the shipping adventure. If there are shipping delays due to the courier, customs, or any other unexpected twists in the journey, we’re not responsible for those hiccups. If there are delivery issues, please reach out to the courier for assistance. We're not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check those addresses, paw-some customers! It’s up to you to make sure the shipping address is correct when you check out. If you spot an error and let us know within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to fix it up. But if you miss that window, we’re unable to resend or refund!
