Order Processing Times

Once you've placed your order, we’ll spring into action! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your goodies. Your order is officially “on the run” when it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your doorstep. During busy seasons and holidays, we may need up to 7 business days to get things moving – but trust us, it’s worth the wait!

Estimated Shipping Times

Now, let’s talk delivery! Once your order is on the move, the estimated delivery time can depend on where you are wagging your tail. Here’s a quick peek at our shipping times by country:

Just a little heads up – during those busy holiday seasons or peak times, shipping carriers may encounter delays that are outside our paws. If you’re ordering from afar, be aware that customs may add some extra time to your package’s journey!

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

We want your order to arrive exactly where you need it! So, it’s super important to double-check your shipping details before you hit that “Place Order” button. If anything looks off, it could lead to delays or even cancellations. If we spot any address issues, our friendly support team will ping you within 3 business days for clarification. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel your order (yikes!).

If you catch a mistake in your shipping info, shoot us an email at support@tuffpawz.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, but we can’t promise we’ll be able to make changes after that window closes.

Delayed Delivery

We totally get it – waiting for your TuffPawz gear can feel like watching paint dry. We aim to ship out orders as quickly as possible! However, there are times when delivery might hit a snag—like weather hiccups or courier shenanigans. If that happens, rest assured we’re on it and will work with our shipping partners to get your order to you ASAP.

Sometimes a delay can result from product availability or payment processing issues. If we run into any bumps in the road, we’ll keep you in the loop faster than a pup can wag its tail!

Remember, TuffPawz isn’t responsible for delays caused by external factors, so we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. But we promise to keep you updated on your order status every step of the way!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oh no! If your package gets lost or goes missing on its journey, we understand how frustrating that can be. Once we hand it over to our courier pals, we can’t chase it down ourselves. If that happens, contact us at support@tuffpawz.com, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages, as they’ll need some information from you to complete the process. We’re also here to follow up with the courier on your behalf to help resolve any issues.

Please keep in mind that TuffPawz isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations are outside of our refund policy. However, we will go above and beyond to assist you in resolving the issue. If the package can’t be found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
